Located in the centre of the Chianti area, between Florence and Siena, near the villages of Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, the appartment is found in a quiet corner of one panoramic and quite little hamlet with condominial large swimming-pool. To one side are the pretty woods and vineyards that surround the property, in front of the house is a large private garden (150 sqm) for eating outdoors.
The lovely one bedroom apt (around 70 sqm) is entered into a spacious kitchen and dining room. The glass and wood door provides the room with a large amount of light. In the centre of the room is a table which comfortably seats 4 people. The kitchen unit is along one wall and has gas hobs, oven and fridge/freeezer. Two steps lead up into the lounge which is a large bright room with glass doors providing access to the garden. There is a comfortable sofabed on one side. As in the rest of the house the floors are of terracotta. Next to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom which has a tub with hand held shower.
