The property, located in the centre of the histrorical Chianti Classico, near Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, consists of the main house with five double bedrooms and two double bedroom apartments in an adjacent building.The villa features large, traditional rooms and covers an area of 440 sq m; the apartments cover 160sg m giving a total floor area of 600 sq m.
The house was completely renovated in 1999, and great care was taken to ensure this was done sympathetically, respecting the historical structure of the building.
Wherever possible authentic local materials were used so that, whilst the property has all the comforts of a modern villa, many of the original features – including meter thick walls, brick and timber ceilings, cotta tiled floors and open fireplace – still remain. This makes the property a genuine Tuscan experience for guests.

There are beautiful established trees and shrubs as well as maintained lawns and a large swimming pool (14x7) set in a secluded part of the garden, surrounded by woodland. It is reached by crossing a wooden bridge over a swiftly flowing stream that runs through the property.
