The property is situated on a hillside with stunning views across the vineyards and olive groves of the world famous Chianti Classico, Tuscany's most prestigious region. Entrance is gained from the terra cotta stairway, through the front door there is a bright living room with a fire place and a dining area. It is very well laid out, the second bedroom and bathroom are raised to the right of the living area separating the two sleeping areas, the private garden and terrace is accessed from the living area. The swimming pool sits in a high point behind the hamlet and is surrounded by terraced lawns which enjoy full sun all day.
